PRIORITY 1:  To Improve the quality of teaching and learning during lessons. PRIORITY 2: Raise the attainment and progress of all students in core subjects to perform better in internal assessments and the international benchmarking tests. PRIORITY 3:  Understanding And Appreciation Of Emirati Culture And Heritage	Phase-1 A-Z U.A.E links for KG1 Emirate of the month for KG.2 Each topic will be linked to U.A.E Phase- 2, 3 & 4  Students, staff members know the basic arabic terms in daily usage. Usage of arabic words with english titles in sign boards.  The subject teachers will teach a word in Arabic related to the content of their topic taught Organise events ( exhibitions) to familiarize the UAE culture , teach emirati tradition and heritage.    Visiting the places of historical importance which give knowledge of  emirati culture and heritage    museum. PRIORITY 8 Improvement in the implementation of the National Agenda Parameter PRIORITY 9 Improvement in Implementation of Moral Education	Phase 2,3,4 will implement "A Question A Day"(AQAD) in the classroom during the home room period based on the study material of International Benchmark Examination. Incorporating questions from International Benchmark Examination in the Lesson Plans of English, Mathematics & Science as per the topic across the Phases. Worksheets based on NA will be given at the end of each term. Phase 2 will implement "A Word A Day" for Arabic & Phase 3, 4 "Two Words A Day" for Arabic everyday during the Arabic Period. The word should be pronounced in the right manner. A sentence in Arabic will be introduced in the Assembly according to the level of the students across Phases 2,3,4. CAT4 result analysis to be implemented in the classes & the same has to reflect in the lesson plan. Continuous evaluation procedure is adapted through activities ,assemblies and real life project with the help of the teachers and involvement of parents.
