General Instructions to teachers - Discipline

 Kindly note the following points:-

Morning students are in class by 9 am, teachers are in the staff room for reminders to go to class. 

Kindly note as soon as we come to campus it’s the responsibility of all staff members to be in class/ corridor to welcome students to school.

Staff coming by OT must be in section by 8.45 am.

When the class teacher is absent, she must assign a buddy teacher to be in her class for the assembly time.

Portions are still not completed in some classes in the subjects .....................

Notebooks are not corrected.

Revision has not started in some subjects. 

In many classes, class monitor is not appointed for the month of February.

Parents must communicate to the class teacher if the child is absent, and leave must be applied through parent portal. (pls inform students in your class)

All students must scan ID cards at the entry and exit point. (pls inform students in your class)

If a bus student is going OT at the end of the day, parent must send a mail to the class teacher and cc section email. (pls inform students in your class)

Teacher having last period must ensure all students have collected all belongings before leaving the class. The class must be kept neat and clean. All bits of paper must be put into the dustbin,

The small cupboards in classes(blue/red/yellow)must be cleared of unwanted things. It must not become a dumping place. Kindly train your class students for the same.
