First Day

 First day message to staff

There is both excitement and trepidation as we are opening a new academic year – the first ‘normal’ opening since the pandemic began! This small note from my end is to wish you all success as you nurture a new set of learners and play a significant part in their amazing growth and development.  As we get busy with the routines of the year, let us not forget that ‘learning’ should take precedence over ‘teaching’. Let us not forget the good practices that we learnt during the pandemic… they will go a long way in making learning enjoyable for our students. And most importantly, let us not forget to put our students first… because it is they who make our profession and our lives so worthwhile!

We know that there will be challenges along the way…but we also know that it is bound to happen in every sphere of life and that challenges make us stronger…I am sure that with a little conscious effort, we will learn to thrive despite challenges. This year, may you find happiness in everything that you do. This year, may your students grow, learn, and thrive under your nurturing care. And may you be blessed abundantly for all that you do.
