I have been an active Wikipedian editor since 2010
My first edit in a Wiki platform was in Malayalam wikipedia in the year 2010 as user name Akbarali . I have now made over 2,317 edits. I contributed over 966 new articles in to wikipedia. I have made many different types of edits over the years, including article writing, copy editing, translation etc. I have been contributing to ml.wikipedia.org, commons.wikimedia.org, en.wikipedia.org, wikidata.org, meta.wikimedia.org.More detail is given here

Some times my friends used to say what is your work?

Your job is very easy. You dont have much works.

Mom may say, whay are you sitting always in front of laptop.

So, I just thought to share my today’s plan. It is only for 23-1-18.

For next day there will be another plan. After that you may decide.

REPORT: PD SESSION BY INTERNAL RESOURCE PERSONS

Participants	All SST Faculty members from Habitat group of schools.

Introduction

An effective professional development plan was arranged by Habitat School management right after the winter break from January 2^nd to 6^th . On 3^rd  M.rAkbar Ali, Social Science HOD, HBT school were assigned to take a sessions for all the faculty members of HBT group of schools .The session started with an introductory speech by Mr. Stanly Lazar, Social Science HOD, IIS HBT. The introduction was emphasized on the topic “ Recent trends in Education”. It took half an hour and laid emphasis on the forth coming ministry inspection scheduled to be held in each schools in Ajman and focused on the parameters and requirements of the ministry.

Class Observation - General Feedback

Last one month, I have been observing different teachers class.

How do they teach?

What are the activities they are giving?

How is their class management ?

After going through few class observation , I just noted the following things.

One common thing is very clear that our teachers need to concentrate in activity oriented classes. Rest of the “positive and need works” feedback is given below.

Duties of Subject Coordinators in a institution.

Subject coordinators have crucial role in academic development of every institution.

Usually their post comes under Head of the Departments ( HOD’s)

So it is better to mention the duties and responsibilities of subject coordinators.

Some points are given below.

1. Know our duties and responsibilities

First of all, we need to know our duties and responsibilities of coordinators when we work under a institution. For that we need to just go through job description of subject coordinators.

2. All sub Coordinators have to keep a subject file. 

Subject file contains the following things.

4. Teachers performance report - ( Lesson plan submission, Note book checking status)
