Research - Learning menu can be used.
There should be an evaluation. How many members know this pre knowledge.
If they do not know give time and explain for them.
If they know, let them go for next level (  learning menu)


If they already know the topic, move LP to other part and give their chapter in to next level

You need to plan, how you are going to give new

6. Modification to meet the needs of all learners

Too much attention for SOD  / too little.
Support for learners - Tchr can refer IEP of such students
Information can be collected from portal.
Uses of resources / manipulatives :- 


SOD progress should be mentioned in lesson plan reflections.
In the challenge for learners -  strategies for G&T should be added.


How will students know how well they have learned? ( planning)


Concept of magic triangle
LO - Instructional strategies - Assessment.

  • Encourage self and peer assessment., reflection. 
  • Ask students to write self assessment reflections after ther assessment.
  • If you plan to give any strategies it should be linked with learning objectives.

Plenary 

Elicit examples to clarify depth of understanding.

What do you do as soon as you enter the class?


  1. Ensure students have put away the books of the previous lesson and are ready with the tools & resources for your lesson.


  2. Ensure tables and chairs are placed properly and students are seated in proper positions ( if any instructions have been given for a specific seating arrangements, has it been done).
  3. Ensure the whiteboard is clean
  4. Ensure the smartboard has been minimized.
  5. Check the attendance with the numbers written on the board. ( if does not match find out the reasons why)
  6. Write sbject and topic , centre of the board
  7. Initiate any routines established for start of the lesson / share LO / pre assessment.


Notebook/ Students’ written work

  1. Marking codes stuck in the book ( teacher should use it)
  2. Errors being overlooked - wrong answers being marked correct.
  3. Wrong spellings -
  4. Use wrong spelling when giving feedback.


Teachers’ knowledge and competency.
